How shipping works.
Two kinds of journeys leave our Tokyo warehouse — and your quote names exactly which one your order takes.
Crated freight
An automatic table ships roughly 40–60 kg packed, so it travels as crated freight — by air or sea depending on your destination and timeline. We build the export crate in-house and book the journey door to door, from our warehouse to your address.
Packed weight and crate dimensions are confirmed in your quote.
International courier
Tile sets, mats, and spare parts are lighter, so they ship by tracked international courier — faster, simpler, and still door-to-door. If your list mixes a table with accessories, we'll quote the combination that makes the most sense.
Every quote covers the full journey — not just to a port or a border, but to your door. Insured carriage is available, and where it applies it is confirmed in your quote along with the carrier and the estimated transit time.
Duties, taxes & paperwork.
Import duties and taxes are not included in your quote unless stated. Final duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by local customs authorities and may vary depending on the destination country, product type, and declared value. We declare every shipment accurately, attach complete documentation, and will tell you what to expect for your country before you order.
Every order ships with a complete commercial invoice — itemized products, HS codes, declared values, and your company details if you're importing as a business. Business importers may need additional documentation, such as an EORI number, depending on the destination; we prepare the paperwork accordingly. And if your customs broker needs documents in advance, we'll send them before the shipment moves.
