1. Quote-based ordering
Everything on this site — product pages, specifications, and reference prices — is an invitation to request a quote, not an offer to sell. No contract of sale forms until you approve a written quote we have prepared for you and we confirm receipt of payment.
2. Quotes
Each quote states its own validity period and lists exactly what is included — the table, accessories, crating, shipping, and any services. If something isn't listed in your quote, it isn't included.
3. Prices shown on this site
Prices on this site are reference "From" prices in Japanese yen (JPY), shown to help you compare models. The final amounts — including crating, door-to-door shipping for your destination, and any currency conversion — appear in your quote.
4. Payment
Approved quotes can be paid by card link, PayPal invoice, or bank transfer — your quote includes the options for your country. Goods ship after payment is confirmed. For built-to-order or volume orders, a part-payment may apply; when it does, the amount and schedule are stated in your quote.
5. Duties & import
For international orders, the importer of record — usually you, the buyer — is responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. Final duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by local customs authorities and may vary depending on the destination country, product type, and declared value. 6. Cancellation
Before payment, cancellation is free — a quote is an offer, not an obligation. After payment, and once production or crating of your order has started, the cancellation terms stated in your quote apply.
7. Warranty & parts
Warranty coverage and our replacement-parts policy for overseas orders are described on the Warranty & Service page, and any order-specific service terms are stated in your quote.
8. Governing law
These terms and every sale under them are governed by the laws of Japan.
