1. Order-to-Dispatch Process

   Click “Request for quote” on the product page and provide your desired quantity and destination details.
2. Receive Your Shipping Quote
   One of our representatives will contact you within 2 business days with the most cost-effective shipping option and its exact cost.
3. Confirm & Pay
   Approve the quote and pay a single invoice that covers product price + shipping via our secure credit-card or PayPal link.
4. Packing & Dispatch
   Upon payment confirmation, we dispatch within 3 business days ( 5–7 business days for bulky items).

3. Duties & Taxes

All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our invoice.

4. Multi-Unit & Oversize Discounts

When multiple units ship to the same address, we consolidate packaging wherever possible to reduce your overall freight cost automatically.

5. Tracking & Claims

• A tracking number is provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
• Please report any loss or damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and arrange compensation promptly.

6. Restricted Destinations

We cannot ship to countries or regions subject to international sanctions or designated as high-risk. Contact us in advance to confirm service availability.
